Made from the same durable and safe loading hook materials found with wrist wraps, except these are on an adjustable length strap with a carabiner and are designed specifically for use with your Squat Harness*. * Caution: Please use this product at your own risk. This product is not intended for use by children under the age of 18 without adult supervision. Consult a physician before using any exercise equipment or starting any new exercise program. Only use this product for its intended use only. Please see demo video for reference. Do not exceed maximum weight capacity for this product . These straps are only recommended for use with The Squat Harness V3 or V4 up to 500lbs per pair. It is recommended to keep your hands over the hooks in similar fashion to how wrist wraps hooks are used. DO NOT CONNECT THESE TO THE HANGING LOOPS; CONNECT THE CARABINER DIRECTLY AROUND THE SIDE OF THE HARNESS! Not enough testing has been done with The Squat Harness Lite 2.0 and free weights to determine its maximum load capacity.
