Este taller de dos días integra las experiencias en el aula y en el sitio en una instalación anfitriona para construir sobre el conocimiento y la experiencia adquirida en el taller DISCOVER EXCELLENCE. Lo lleva a profundizar en el Modelo Shingo ™ al enfocarse en los principios identificados en la dimensión de Habilitadores Culturales:

  • Respeta a cada individuo
  • Liderar con humildad

Los principios de los facilitadores culturales hacen posible que las personas de una organización participen en el proceso de transformación, progresen en su comprensión y, en última instancia, construyan una cultura de excelencia empresarial. La excelencia empresarial no se puede lograr a través de directivas descendentes o la implementación de herramientas fragmentadas. Requiere un compromiso organizacional generalizado. El taller HABILITADORES CULTURALES lo ayudará a definir los comportamientos ideales y los sistemas que los impulsan utilizando puntos de referencia conductuales.

WHAT IS THE SHINGO MODEL OF EXCELLENCE?

How to increase our Lean knowledge to a world-class level?

This question led us to the Lean Bronze, Silver and Gold certifications of the consortium composed of ASQ (American Society for Quality), AME (Association for Manufacturing Excellence), SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers) and of course the Shingo Institute. With our many years of quality, statistics, continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, we approached Shingo Institute to understand how to become an affiliate. This last part of the process began at the end of 2015, and took us until January 12, 2017 when we were informed that we had met all the requirements.
