REQUIREMENTS:

 
  • Five years of on-the-job experience or in one or more areas of the CFSQA Auditor body of knowledge.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a decision-making position is required.

Considerations about the requirements to take the certification exam:

  • If you have a technical degree - one year of experience is reduced
  • If you have a Bachelor's Degree - 3 years of experience are reduced.
  • If you have a Master's or PhD - 4 years of experience are reduced

ASQ EXAM:

 

Each certification candidate must pass an exam consisting of multiple-choice questions that measure understanding of the Body of Knowledge.

  • Computer Delivered – The CFSQA exam is a single-part, 145-question multiple-choice exam, and is offered in English only. 135 multiple choice questions are scored and 10 are unscored. The total appointment time is four and a half hours, the exam time is 4 hours and 18 minutes.
  • Paper and pencil – The CFSQA exam is a single-part, 135-question multiple-choice, four-hour exam and is offered in English only.
  • All exams are open book. Each participant must bring their own reference materials.
