After 8 Lean Camp events where we have visited different cities in the United States and Japan to learn about the best practices of excellence, we want the 2024 event to be special and for this we have concluded that for this we must return to Japan

The event will take place from May 19 to 25, 2024 where we will be visiting the emblematic cities of Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto, but, from the first moment you are

  • Genba walk at Tokyo Station (maintenance of bullet trains -shinkansen- by Tessei).
  • Visit to the house carpentry process without using nails or screws.
  • Genba walk at Sanden Vending Machine Plant to observe the implementation of the Toyota production system in the assembly of vending machines.
  • Genba walk at Misawa Home to observe the implementation of the Toyota Production System in the construction of prefabricated houses.
  • Genba walk at the Subaru Plant (automotive TPS).
  •  Experience of traveling by Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Nagoya.
  • Chat with Mr. Amezawa (Former President of Lexus).
  • Visit to the Techno Toyota Museum (Toyota's first production plant in Japan).
  • Genba walk in Kuno Metal (Toyota tier 2) to observe the implementation of the Toyota production system in suppliers.
  • Genba walk at TOTO, Japan's largest sanitary ware manufacturer.
  • Genba walk at Kuwana Post Office to observe good training practices of people.
  • Genba walk at the Kuwana Incinerator Plant to observe good solid waste management practices.
  • Visit an elementary school to observe how Gambarimasu (I will do my best) and Yakusoku Mamoru (I will keep my promises) are taught, as well as a lesson in Japanese manners.
  • Genba Walk in Tea Plantation and Tea Ceremony with a monk.
  • Closing lunch and lessons learned.
