DESCRIPTION:

El curso de preparación para la certificación  Scrum Product Owner (SPO) es un curso práctico diseñado para que el participante pueda entender el rol tan importante que desarrolla un Product Owner en un proyecto que utiliza el Marco de Trabajo SCRUM y ciclos de vida adaptativos en su gestión.
The idea is that the student learns the main practices that the Product Owner can perform, allowing him or her to perform as such at the end of this course.
El curso de Scrum Product Owner (SPO) de PXS busca identificar las adecuaciones necesarias que un Product Owner debe manejar más allá de los proyectos de desarrollo informático, por lo que el diseño de los contenidos se basa en la gestión de proyectos de todo tipo.

In practice there are many gaps and conceptual errors regarding what a Product Owner does. The most important issue is to understand that a Product Owner goes beyond simply writing user stories or managing a backlog, since it is intended to become a strategic role, which seeks to materialize the idea of value on the part of the client and by the organization.

Al ser este también, un curso de preparación para una certificación internacional se busca como objetivo principal generar las competencias necesarias de conocimiento y habilidad para responder satisfactoriamente una prueba de certificación “SPO” de Scrum.org o de Scrum Alliance.

Professionals related to the management of computer application development projects or similar.

SECTOR ON WHICH THE COURSE FOCUSES:

Professionals focused on managing projects that require solving complex problems (not waterfall), these being:

• Professionals interested in developing their professional field as PO.
• Product Owners with some experience in the role and who seek to increase and improve their knowledge and skills and even clarify aspects related to bad practices in the Market regarding the PO.
• Scrum Masters who wish to be effective “coaches” of Product Owners.
• Professionals in the marketing and sales area who like to venture into project management under “agile” philosophies.

PREREQUISITES TO ACCESS THE PSPO INTERNATIONAL EXAM:

Virtual classes will be taught in synchronous mode on each of the topics covered under the requirements of Scrum.org and Scrum Alliance, these being the main entities worldwide in Scrum.
During each 3-hour class, explanations of the contents and group activities will be made to apply the knowledge explained in practice.
It is important that the student reads the material assignment provided in the PXS E-Learning Platform, as well as any complementary material indicated by the instructor.
The Flipped Classroom Model of virtual teaching will be followed.

ASSESSMENT:

Se realizará un único examen de certificación al finalizar la clase para determinar asimilamiento de conocimiento y estudio, la nota mínima de aprobación es de 85%.
