Este taller de tres días integra experiencias en el aula y en la empresa anfitriona para aprovechar el conocimiento y la experiencia adquirida en el taller DISCOVER EXCELLENCE. Comienza enseñándole cómo definir claramente el valor a través de los ojos de sus clientes. Continúa la discusión sobre los comportamientos ideales, el propósito fundamental y los puntos de referencia del comportamiento según se relacionan con los principios de Mejora Continua, y lo profundiza en el Modelo Shingo ™ centrándose en los principios identificados en la dimensión de Mejora Continua:
- Buscar la perfección
- Abrazar el pensamiento científico
- Enfoque en el proceso
- Asegurar la calidad en la fuente
- Valor de flujo y pull
El taller profundiza su comprensión de la relación entre los comportamientos, los sistemas y los principios y cómo estos conducen los resultados.
Este taller busca continuar en la empresa el desarrollo del Modelo Shingo aplicado a los sistemas en la operación, al impartirse en la modalidad inHouse se tiene un campo de visión amplio para ir y observar el gemba, las estaciones de trabajo, todo lo que tenga que ver con los sistemas presentes para lograr los objetivos de la organización.

How to increase our Lean knowledge to a world-class level?
This question led us to the Lean Bronze, Silver and Gold certifications of the consortium composed of ASQ (American Society for Quality), AME (Association for Manufacturing Excellence), SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers) and of course the Shingo Institute. With our many years of quality, statistics, continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, we approached Shingo Institute to understand how to become an affiliate. This last part of the process began at the end of 2015, and took us until January 12, 2017 when we were informed that we had met all the requirements.
