DESCRIPTION:
This course provides an overview of Six Sigma concepts along with a set of basic problem-solving tools. The Six Sigma White Belt course is made up of two sessions, the first session presents an overview of Six Sigma, concepts, background and session 2 shows the DMAIC improvement process, how to develop and apply certain tools and methods to achieve the solution to a business challenge.
GOALS:
- Raise awareness and convert participants into effective members of a process improvement team, who participate in a Six Sigma project with the intention of helping their organization obtain better results.
ADDRESSED TO:
The course is aimed at operational personnel who want to learn the basic concepts of Six Sigma and DMAIC as well as university students (industrial engineering, quality, supply chain, systems, production...) who wish to learn about the methodology.
